1 Day Before Trekking – Pick Up & Overnight in Senaru

Itinerary Details
Day 1 – Sembalun → Pos 1 → Pos 2 → Pos 3 → Sembalun Crater Rim
Night 1: Sembalun Crater Rim (±2,639m)

Begin the trek through Sembalun’s gentle savanna slopes. With the slow trek schedule, you have extra time to rest at each checkpoint before reaching the crater rim in the late afternoon.

Lunch at Pos 2
Gradual, scenic ascent to the rim
Sunset views overlooking Segara Anak Lake
Overnight camping with warm dinner

Day 2 – Summit Attempt → Descent to Lake → Hot Springs

Night 2: Segara Anak Lake
Wake up early for the summit climb (optional). After enjoying sunrise at the top, return for breakfast at the crater rim and begin the descent to the lake.
